Support for Multiple Installation Locations for a Palette

This one came up - installing the same palette in multiple locations. E.g. maintain forwards and backwards compatibility with a Top Level mnu, if that location changed. Also would benefit idea of Dynamic Palettes.  

The idea is that Palette to Installation Location relationship would be one to many.

As mentioned in the cross-posted  thread, VIPM can already do this using multiple palette sets. Each palette set can target a different LabVIEW palette category.


Perhaps there can be a way to easily copy or sync the palette layout from one palette set to another.

Yes, to be more specific - synch'ing is what I am after.
